Controls Engineering Manager

Exact Sciences is seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to lead a team of controls engineers and provide leadership support to the Controls Engineering staff. The position is responsible for planning and executing the Controls Engineering team's work, reporting on metrics, and developing the team to take on more complex projects in the future. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on technical background and good communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in controls, automation, or related industry
• 2+ years in a role with progressively increasing responsibilities such as Controls Engineer, or Engineering Manager
• Working knowledge of working in FDA, CAP, or CLIA regulated environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Advanced proficiency in PLC and SCADA programming and architecture design
• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
• Ability to interact, coordinate, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
