Histology Clinical Lab Trainer - Phoenix

Exact Sciences is seeking a Histology Clinical Lab Trainer to prepare and facilitate training for new hire and existing employee training in the clinical laboratory. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory terminology and equipment, including histology experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate’s Degree in a Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years of experience providing instructor-led in-person and/or virtual training, either in a laboratory or other setting.
• 2+ years of laboratory experience with a strong understanding of working in a laboratory or similar environment with professional working knowledge of HIPAA, GLP, GDP, and laboratory terminology and equipment, including at least one year of histology experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
