Operations Business Systems Analyst

Exact Sciences is hiring an Operations Business Systems Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will analyze, design, and implement solutions to improve operational effectiveness using SAP systems. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts are essential for this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to essential duties, or Associates degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience
• 2 years of experience as business analyst supporting processes in systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP
• Experience as an analyst in an operations, supply chain, and/or manufacturing environment
• Experience implementing existing business processes and systems during mergers and acquisitions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
