Join Exact Sciences as a Regional Manager, Oncology Sales - South Atlantic Region. As a Manager, you will lead a team of Precision Oncology sales representatives, drive sales results, and develop the skills of individuals within your team. This is a field-based role supporting a multi-state territory across Delaware, Washington, D.C., Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia.
Requirements
- Provide effective leadership and strategic direction to respective region ROL's
- Establish quality working relationships with key departments within Exact Sciences
- Be well informed on primary disease states, competition, and outside influences that impact our business
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures and applicable legal standards and requirements
- Develop meaningful and productive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within respective Region
- Develop, present, and execute a comprehensive region business plan
- Implement the plan and provide feedback, track, and make adjustments to meet revenue and budget targets
- Supervise staff; including, but not limited to, organize and prioritize work, write/conduct performance reviews, train/develop, and manage work performance
- Communicate goals clearly to employees to ensure understanding and success in achieving them
- Motivate and inspire employees to do their best work through coaching
- Lead in the areas of hiring, training, counseling, coaching, and developing team members
- Mentor and develop ROL’s for further career advancement, recognizing, and capitalizing on their individual strengths and contributions
