Requirements

• Independently designs, executes, and analyzes moderately complex experiments
• Develops solutions for technical challenges and validates new methodologies
• Serves as a subject matter expert within assigned product or technology area(s), mentoring less experienced scientists or associates
• Integrates project results into broader research objectives
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of scientific literature, technological advances, and industry standards relevant to assigned research
• Contributes to protocol/procedure development, process improvement, and relevant regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Effectively collaborates with multidisciplinary teams across projects, ensuring alignment with business and scientific goals
