Staff Pathologist - Phoenix

Help us change lives at Exact Sciences, a company that helps prevent, detect, and guide treatment for cancer. We're looking for a Staff Pathologist to play a key role in our Clinical Laboratory by examining and annotating histologic slides of breast, colon, and prostate cancers. This is a hybrid position, with 3 weeks working remotely and 1 week on-site in the Phoenix laboratory.

Requirements

• Provide the highest quality professional pathology services
• Develop, improve, and support clinical and business processes
• Review submitted pathology reports and materials
• Discuss pathology findings with submitting pathologists
• Provide pathology input and consultation to Customer Service, Marketing, and Medical Affairs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Participate in the Pathology Quality Assurance and Improvement Program
• Participate in various events
• Attend, prepare, and submit pathology abstracts
• Present pathology related posters/platform talks
• Actively participate in national pathology organizations
• Assist in writing and submitting pathology manuscripts
• Support Exact Sciences' Customer Service and Medical Affairs Teams
