Exadel is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with 7+ years of experience in software development, focusing on C# and/or Node.js. The successful candidate will drive technical success, lead a team, and ensure product optimization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on C# and/or Node.js
• Proven experience leading technical teams or managing external vendor/contractor groups
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly in complex, multi-layered architectures
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical complexity into actionable management insights
• Background in Cyber Security or Identity Management (AD/Entra ID) – A significant advantage
