Middle SRE Specialist (Azure)

Join Exadel as a Middle SRE Specialist (Azure) and orchestrate seamless deployments across Azure and diverse on-premise customer environments. Lead Azure infrastructure management and optimize cloud costs while acting as a high-level technical consultant for global enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Azure Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with Azure services, Resource Groups and cloud cost management tools
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience managing infrastructure in a repeatable, automated fashion
• On-Premise Expertise: Proven knowledge of On-Premise deployment methodologies, specifically with Advanced Installer (MSI) or similar packaging tools
• Hybrid Networking: Strong understanding of networking concepts (VPN, Firewalls,DNS) in both cloud and local data center contexts
• Customer-Facing Experience: Ability to navigate high-pressure troubleshooting sessions directly with global enterprise clients
• Systems Fluency: Strong background in Windows Server administration and SQL Server connectivity
• 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Operations roles
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, production-grade Azure environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a'reliability-first' mindset
• Full English Proficiency: Ability to communicate technical complexity clearly to both internal stakeholders and international customers
