Senior/Lead Software Engineer (Java + DevOps)

Join Exadel as a Senior/Lead Software Engineer to code, test, and operate Java-based services and infrastructure, collaborating with the team to brainstorm and resolve conflicts, and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong Java development experience
• Hands-on DevOps experience
• At least 4 hours of overlap with the EST timezone for collaboration with the Cloud team
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code – Terraform / Terragrunt and Ansible
• Experience with on-prem infrastructure (server configuration, HAProxy, Apache)
• Solid Linux administration skills
• Good understanding of networking and security (IDP, authentication)
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
