Job Description
Excel Academy seeks a Founding High School Dean of Curriculum & Instruction (2026-2027) to drive the curricular and instructional efficacy of the school, manage instructional staff, and design professional development programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years' teaching experience
- Experience working in a high-performing, urban public charter or district school
- Demonstrated efficacy in raising academic achievement for historically under-served students
- Ability to promote rigorous classroom instruction and culture
