Job Description
Provide 1:1 individualized academic and behavioral support as outlined in their IEP to assigned student throughout the school day. Support student's access to classroom instruction, help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, and collaborate with teachers to ensure accommodations are met.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred
- Experience working with students with substantial behavioral needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and development-focused team culture
- Ability to collaborate with staff, school administrators, parents/guardians, and students
