Job Description
This year-long teaching fellowship offers an intensive teacher development program, the Excel Academy Teaching Fellowship. Fellows focus on developing Classroom Culture Management and Instructional Practice, alongside mentorship and professional development. The fellowship offers both mentorship, opportunity for leadership, and potentially a lead teaching position at the end of the year. It's a chance for growth, high-performance students to participate in enrichment activities, and support of fellow teachers.
