Job Description
Electrical Engineering/Design Department Manager at Excel Engineering, Inc. responsible for leading a department of electrical engineers and designers. Primary responsibilities include strategic alignment, people management, project execution, client satisfaction, and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum of six (6) years or more of experience in electrical engineering design
- Five (5) years or more in a role managing engineers and technical staff
- Expertise in National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA70E and other applicable codes and standards
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is strongly preferred
- B.S in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institute. Concentration in power is preferred.
