Job Description
Excel Sports Management is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to join their billing operations team. The role involves supporting the end-to-end billing process, generating and delivering client invoices, assisting with cash application, and assisting internal departments with invoice-related inquiries. This position contributes to financial transactions across the company and drives process improvements.
Requirements
- Processing new contracts, preparing invoices and billing schedules, assisting with vendor forms, and ensuring prompt and accurate payments.
- Accurately apply/post payments to accounts.
- Reconcile daily cash receipts.
- Send internal communication reminders.
- Onboard new clients and counterparties.
