Quality Manager

The Quality Manager role is responsible for promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization, ensuring compliance with customer, AS9100, and company requirements, and developing a quality plan to maintain product supply.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an applied science or engineering field
• 5 years prior experience in Quality Assurance in manufacturing
• Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SyteLine experience preferred
• Strong management skills and ability to motivate individuals
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong Math skills
• Problem Solving skills
• Blueprint reading
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
