Requirements

• Successful completion of a technical or business-related study or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in international sales or business development, preferably in the fields of life science, optics, photonics, or high-tech
• Proven success in customer acquisition and in managing and developing existing customers in the Nordic region
• Outstanding customer orientation and very good negotiation skills
• Ability to understand complex technical products and translate customer requirements into solutions
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and joy in collaboration with various departments and cultures
• Very good English skills; knowledge of a Nordic language (e.g. Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is an asset
