Job Description
Excelitas is seeking a Customer Service Manager to drive account retention, perform order management, and provide support to external customers. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of customer support experience, previous manufacturing experience, and knowledge of ERP software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Technical discipline
- 5 or more years of customer support, inside sales, purchasing, or contract administration work experience
- Previous manufacturing experience required; high-mix, low-volume experience preferred
- Previous experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and a working knowledge of MRP concepts is required
- Experience with CRM like Salesforce is preferred
