Senior CI Manager (m/w/d)

Senior Continuous Improvement Manager role at Excelitas Technologies, responsible for implementing the Excelitas Operating System, leading Lean Six Sigma roadmap, and conducting Kaizen events. The position involves coaching and mentoring managers and employees to build CI skills, ensuring tracking and reporting of CI project performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• At least 10 years of experience in production/operations, with at least 5 years in CI or Lean Leadership
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred)
• Excellent skills in moderation, coaching, and change management
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects with measurable results
• Secure use of problem-solving, data analysis, and project management tools
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
