Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader with experience in CNC turning and milling to lead a team of skilled workers. The team is responsible for producing complex turned and milled parts from materials such as aluminum and stainless steel. The ideal candidate should have leadership experience, knowledge of CNC controls Siemens 840C and 840D and Fanuc, and good German language skills.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a turning and milling machine operator or CNC turner
- Further education as a foreman/team leader or technician/meister
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the field of CNC turning
- Safe handling of measurement and inspection equipment
- Knowledge of CNC controls Siemens 840C and 840D and Fanuc is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a two-shift operation
- Independent and customer-oriented working style, high level of teamwork
- Good German language skills in word and writing
