Technical Purchaser / Project Purchaser Optics role at Göttingen, DE. Participate in product development projects, conduct technical inquiries, and negotiate with suppliers.
Requirements
- Completed technical studies and/or technical training as a technician/master in the field of technical optics
- Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing, preferably in project purchasing in a manufacturing company, such as the optical industry, and a well-developed technical understanding
- Very good knowledge of supplier and product management as well as the product development process
- Knowledge of contract law (e.g., confidentiality agreements, delivery and quality agreements)
- Good MS Office knowledge and ideally knowledge of SAP MM
- Good English skills in writing and speaking
