Job Description
The patient advocate provides excellent customer service and patient support to incoming and outgoing patient calls, follows up with patients after their visit, and ensures a positive experience with the facility.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and billing departments
- Familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOB's)
- Ability to handle complaints and patient concerns
