Senior Legal Counsel, GenAI Implementations (Pooling)

Execo is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to become a pivotal subject matter expert for implementation of leading GenAI-powered legal tech platforms. This role involves leading consultative workshops with client legal teams, translating complex legal requirements into tangible technology-driven solutions, and ensuring the AI-powered contract review and negotiation tools meet client needs.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction with a strong academic background
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with deep expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Experience with US and international counterparties is highly preferred
• Proven ability to engage with senior lawyers and stakeholders at client organizations
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is a significant advantage
