Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Agents at St. John's Airport (YYT) for a 6-month seasonal contract position. The role involves providing excellent service to travelers, handling check-in, deplaning, and boarding processes, and enforcing airline and airport policies.
Requirements
- Two years' experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Flexibility to work shift work including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
