Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to work at the Masset Airport. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and software
- Travel and Tourism Diploma, Marketing, or Business Diploma (or working towards completion)
