Job Description
Executive Human Resource Service is hiring a Technical Account Manager for their client, a leading supplier to the printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in printing inks and packaging, and experience in managing complex technical accounts and projects. The position involves managing and developing relationships with key clients, providing technical support and expertise, and ensuring their satisfaction with the client's products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related technical discipline
- 5–10+ years of experience supporting wide web flexographic and/or gravure engraving printing environments
- Demonstrated expertise with water-based and solvent-based inks and coatings used in flexible packaging
- Proven success in customer-facing technical roles, including managing complex technical accounts and projects independently
