Technical Account Manager –Printing Inks & Packaging

Technical Account Manager –Printing Inks & Packaging. Manage and lead technical support for wide web flexo and engraving customers, ensuring optimal use of water and solvent based product lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 5–10+ years of experience supporting wide web flexographic and/or gravure engraving printing environments
• Demonstrated expertise with water-based and solvent-based inks and coatings used in flexible packaging
• Proven success in customer-facing technical roles, including managing complex technical accounts and projects independently
• Strong understanding of: Ink/substrate interactions, Pressroom operations and workflows, Drying systems and surface treatments, Hands-on experience with color matching, print troubleshooting, and defect analysis
• Prior experience in the ink, coatings, or specialty chemicals industry strongly preferred
