Operations Director

Exely is a global IT company seeking an Operations Director to strengthen its position in Uzbekistan. The successful candidate will drive financial and sales growth, lead a team, build strategic partnerships, connect strategy and operations, launch new initiatives, and oversee operational administration.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years leading teams (preferably sales)
• B2B negotiation experience at VIP/enterprise/key account clients level
• Experience building and executing strategies
• Project management experience (hospitality/tourism experience a plus)
• Fluency in English and Russian (Uzbek an advantage)
• Organization and attention to detail
