Impound Specialist I

At Exeter Finance, we are committed to helping customers find the right financing for their next vehicle purchase. We are looking for an Impound Specialist I to monitor, review, and process impound accounts and functions in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Handle and process assigned volume within Impound processes for appropriate handling within established SLA
• Service Potential and Actual Impound calls within established call handling and correspondence requirements
• Complete end to end Impound functions with accuracy and in compliance with regulations, policy, and procedure
