Exit Factor is a business consulting firm that helps small to medium size businesses increase their profit, efficiency, and value to prepare for sale. We are expanding our team in Beverly Hills and are looking for a Business Coach/Consultant to work with small to mid-sized business owners.

Requirements

• Must be located in Beverly Hills or Los Angeles metro area
• Preferred related experience: personal exit or sale experience, previous business consulting/coaching, and related exit strategy or M&A experience
• Computer proficiency, including conducting Zoom presentation meetings
• Experience in a customer-facing role or a love for customer interaction
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong phone skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, time management, and organizational skills
