Developing policies around best practices for data science, advance analytics teams, collaborating with stakeholders to establish data standards, and conducting data quality assessments. Working on data governance-related aspects, data collection, storage, access, sharing, usage, quality, archival, privacy, security, technology, tools, modeling, visualization.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in developing and implementing policies, processes related to Modeling, Data Engineering, Data visualization
• Some experience in insurance domain/ data is must
• B.S. Degree in a data-centric field (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or other science field), Information Systems, Information Processing or engineering
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical governance tools – Informatica, Alation, Colibra, Azure devops, Git, model management tools, data visualization, engineering tools etc.
• Ability to work independently with some level of ambiguity and juggle multiple demands
