Senior Assistant Vice President responsible for managing digitalization requirements of enterprise functions, engaging with senior stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives and delivering value. Experience in leading digitalization in corporate functions like Legal & Compliance, Facility Management, ESG, Fleet Management, etc.
Requirements
- Experience in managing Enterprise Digital Transformation projects leveraging new age tech including but not limited to CLM platforms, enterprise grade applications and its integration ecosystem
- Experience in working on modernizing the traditional application landscape leveraging Cloud, Micro services, Containerization, DevOps etc
- Experience negotiating software purchase and support agreements as well as crafting and reviewing large integrator and consultancy Statements of Work (SOW’s)
- Understanding of solution architecture considerations in a complex and multi-integrated application landscape
- Industry recognized certification like PMP, Scrum etc is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic and advanced delivery tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, JIRA and Visio
- Ability to create impactful decks, story lining the key messages (business case, sponsor governance, investment forum and regular project governances) and communicating with senior leaders of the functions
- Understanding/Delivery Experience in a Business Aligned IT scenarios
- Understanding and experience of using various SDL model Agile/Scrum, Waterfall etc
- Understanding of processes of Business Verticals like Insurance, Banking, Utilities, Logistics, Travel is an added advantage
