Job Description
The Assistant Manager role requires working knowledge of GAAP reporting, SEC filing, and advance Excel skills, with hands-on experience in month and quarter end closing. Responsibilities include finalizing Form 10Q/10K, preparing/reviewing journal entries, and reconciliations, as well as interacting with onshore teams and resolving client concerns.
