Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, India. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for current report usage and identifying must-have vs. nice-to-have features, extracting and documenting fragmented business rules, calculation logic, and KPIs from legacy systems, and collaborating with business users to define reporting hierarchies and attribute mappings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience
• Deep understanding of BI lifecycles, specifically regarding migration projects and data visualization best practices
• Expert in advanced SQL queries to perform independent data profiling and validation
• Proficiency in creating detailed data mapping documents (Source-to-Target) and functional requirement specifications (FRS)
• Familiarity with both Tableau and Power BI interfaces
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to track down the source of data discrepancies during the reconciliation phase
