Exodus is looking for an Equity & Compensation Partner to own and scale the administration, governance, and operational integrity of the company’s equity and compensation programs.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end equity administration
- Maintain the official cap table and equity administration systems
- Partner closely with Legal and Finance
- Support proxy statement preparation and related disclosures
- Serve as a compensation partner to HR and Finance
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll
- Develop and document scalable equity and compensation processes
- Act as a subject matter expert for employee equity and compensation questions
