Job Description
EXP is seeking an Inspector for their Tampa, FL office to work on Florida Department of Transportation projects. The role involves documenting site activities, overseeing contractor compliance, reviewing construction documents, taking measurements, and providing feedback on construction progress. Requirements
- Document all activities on site during the contract duration.
- Prepare inspection reports.
- Oversee, document, review, and assess contractor’s compliance.
- Review construction documents and drawings.
- Assist the Project Administrator with contract submissions.
- Assist with staff scheduling/coordination.
- Supervision of Junior inspector.
