Requirements

• Take responsibility for the development of the infrastructure team;
• Develop, maintain, and maintain relationships with clients;
• Participate in the preparation of service offers and strategic decisions for projects to be examined;
• Mobilize a work team;
• Participate in the design and supervision of mandates when required;
• Ensure the profitability of the team by monitoring project performance and optimizing the use of team members;
• Take charge of strategic and multidisciplinary projects;
• Develop and implement a strategic development plan;
• Develop business in your sector;
• Direct resources allocated to various projects;
• Maintain close ties with internal disciplines at EXP;
• Control the quality of deliverables produced by your team;
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to participate in development with the vice-president;
• Be a good communicator and be an excellent team leader;
• Be a good mentor;
• Have a degree in civil engineering or a related field;
• Have a valid driver's license and a car for required travel within the scope of your employment;
• Have structured and specific knowledge in urban infrastructure design.
