As a Document Control Coordinator, you will coordinate electronic distribution of engineering drawings and documentation, maintain databases, and perform administrative duties. The role requires 3+ years of experience in detail-orientated administrative support, strong Microsoft Office skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in detail-orientated administrative support
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma or equivalent work experience in an administrative capacity
- Ability to learn Procore and Owners EDMS (E-Builder)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam and Sharepoint would be an asset
- Ability to work independently
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong typing and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines, well organized and able to work under pressure
- Ability to adapt to existing and new processes
- Ability to maintain a filing system and accurate records
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously
- Any experience in the engineering or construction industry is an asset
