Job Description
EXP is seeking a Mechanical Designer/Engineer to join their team and contribute to innovative HVAC solutions for Hospitality, Entertainment, and Healthcare projects in Coral Gables, Florida. The role involves hands-on CAD modeling, load calculations, equipment selection, layout of systems, and coordination with other disciplines. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience designing HVAC systems (recent graduate with internship experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering specializing in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT MEP, and/or Revit
- Good written and verbal communication skills
