We are seeking a Municipal Infrastructure Lead, Western Canada to lead a team of professionals and manage complex projects for municipalities in Western Canada, including planning, design, and construction management of civil/municipal infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have 10-15+ years of municipal consulting experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles, and a proven track record of success in municipal projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; degree in business is an asset
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registered with APEGA and the ability to register in other Western Canadian Provinces
- 10–15+ years of municipal consulting experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven success in municipal projects and familiarity with municipal and provincial standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong client relationship management and political awareness
- Leadership in team development and culture building
- Excellent communication for council presentations and public engagement
- Ability to integrate climate resilience and sustainability into municipal designs
