Job Description
EXP is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Highway Design Engineer to lead innovative transportation infrastructure projects in Western Canada. This role involves a variety of tasks, from safety studies to construction oversight, and requires a leader with experience mentoring junior staff and directly interacting with regional and global clients. The position reports to the VP of Transportation for Western Canada and fosters growth within the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience with BC-MOTT (Ministry of Transportation and Transit) and heavy civil transportation projects.
- Proven expertise in engineering advisory, program/project management, and construction management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
