Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) license and certification
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with Associates Degree in Physical Therapy
• 2+ years of experience in home health care industry preferred
• Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications for communicating with field staff
