Job Description
Expedient is hiring a Cloud Systems Engineer to deliver tailored solutions for clients through the lifecycle of the implementation project, focusing on Private and Public Cloud computing services, virtual machines, Data Protection, and disaster recovery as a service.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a systems administrator or engineer responsible for Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Enterprise
- Experience with VMware vSphere, vCloud Foundation, vCloud Director, NSX-T, Nutanix Prism Central, Prism Element, Move, and AHV
- Experience with Data Protection technology
- MFA such as Azure AD / Entra ID, OneLogin, Okta, DUO
- Modern Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services
- Basic Linux commands (primary focus on Red Hat, Ubuntu, and Rocky)
- Basic networking principles including subnetting, NATs, firewall rules, and VLANs
