Project Coordinator

Expedient is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of artificial intelligence and machine learning projects.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator within Artificial Intelligence preferred, Software Development, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Superior interpersonal and customer service capabilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Capable of handling multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously
• Outstanding time management skills with a demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform efficiently in high-pressure environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related applications
• Proficiency in project planning, project management and various software tools, including, but not limited to, Monday.com to help manage tasks, resources, timelines, and communication.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to client sites for in-person meetings upon request
• Must be available for occasional night and weekend implementation projects, when required.
