We are seeking an Agent-Air Import Operations professional to lead critical shipment coordination, manage escalations, and ensure regulatory and security compliance for urgent movements.

Requirements

• University graduate in 1-2 years relevant experience
• Certificate/diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate with over 3 years working experience in freight forwarding industry
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficient PC knowledge
• Availability to work rotating shift including night shift
