Logistics Coordinator (Network Management Center)

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Network Management Center team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, tracking and tracing customer shipments, and communicating with Expeditors districts and service providers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Proficiency with Microsoft products or knowledge of data tools visualization, scripting (e.g. Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Python)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• One year of customer service experience
• One year of logistics related experience
• Qualifications in supply chain management or logistics
• IATA/FIATA/MITX
