• Ability to respond professionally to sensitive inquiries or complaints
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal and financial documents
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Aptitude for learning new software applications quickly
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
