Requirements

• Providing permanent solutions for chronic issues related to customer install base
• Conducting in-depth analysis to identify root causes of service disruptions or performance issues
• Implementing permanent fixes through SIPs
• Reviewing SLA breached cases and Validating TTR to minimize penalties paid to customers
• Engaging with suppliers to ensure a significant reduction in incidents, chronic sites, and SLA breaches
• Conducting onboarding training for new clients
