Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong B2B experience, preferably in a consultative or solutions-focused environment
- Experience navigating and resolving challenging customer situations with effective, customer-centric solutions
- Proven ability to manage C-suite relationships and negotiate high-value contracts
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to senior-level stakeholders and lead strategic business discussions
- Proficient using Salesforce or comparable CRM systems to manage pipeline and account activity
