Job Description
As a Cloud Engineer, you will work in a high-performance team to deliver operational excellence in cloud infrastructure support and management. You will be responsible for administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cloud services, servers, and containers.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience working with mixed Windows and Linux servers in a cloud environment
- Knowledge of Azure and AWS platforms
- Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline (preferred)
- Good troubleshooting skills for network, server, and cloud issues
- Great customer service
- Team player with ability to work solo
- Ability to learn new technologies and skills
- Experience with patch management tools, scripting in Bash and PowerShell, and automation
