Commissions Senior Analyst

In this role, you will partner with the Integrated Sales Team to lead double-digit revenue growth through collaboration with sales leadership and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA, CPA as an ideal
• Advanced English level
• 4+ years progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A or similar business partnering role
• Experience working with commission/compensation processes (preferred) and being a strategic partner to Sales Teams
• Excel skill required
• Experience of financial systems and tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and SmartView as an ideal
• Experience working in an offshore Shared Service Center as an ideal
